Other animals

Although the McTimoney technique is predomiantly used to treat equines and canines the technique can also be successfully used to treat other animals. McTimoney treatment is often sought for animals when the owner has recognised there is a problem, this may be due to the animal showing signs of discomfort, a change in the animal's gait, or following an accident.

Examples of animals treated;

Cats - treatment following a road accident/fall (providing x-rays show there are no fractures). A traumatic incident such as this is likely to have resulted in misalignments.

Farm animals - Sheep and cows have been treated, these may be show animals, breeding animals, or following an accident.

If you have an animal you feel would benefit from treatment please contact Rachel to discuss the problem/symptoms and she will be able to advise if McTimoney or massage could be beneficial.
